A Letter from The Werks

After an incredible 11 years of musical collaboration, Dan Shaw will be stepping away as keyboardist for The Werks at the end of 2024. We want to take a moment to express our deep gratitude and respect for everything Dan has brought to the band and the music we’ve created together. Dan’s talent, creativity, and dedication have been integral to our sound, and we’re incredibly grateful for the time spent together both on and off the stage. While we’re sad to see him go, we’re excited for him as he starts the next chapter in his journey.

We are also thrilled to introduce long-time friend and collaborator Jesse Clayton as our new keyboardist. Jesse brings a fresh yet familiar energy to the band, and we’re excited to see how his unique musical voice will shape our sound moving forward. We can’t wait to share new music and experiences with our fans as we welcome Jesse Clayton into the The Werks’ family.

Dan’s last two performances with The Werks will be at Werksgiving on Nov. 27th in Dayton, OH  and at The Beachland Ballroom on Dec. 21st in his hometown of Cleveland, OH. Please join us in celebrating Dan’s lasting contributions with the band and let’s give him the proper send-off that he deserves!

With love and gratitude,
Rob, Houser, and Chuckie
